17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
17.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
